Senior Account Executive

Monnai is building the world’s leading identity and risk data infrastructure, powering some of the largest global digital lenders, financial institutions, and fintech players across the U.S., LATAM, Europe, and Asia. At our core, we focus on data quality, operational performance at scale, and delivering measurable outcomes for customers.

Monnai recently raised a new $10M+ financing round and is operating from a position of strength, having reached profitability and grown revenue 5× in 2025. Until now, we’ve been deliberately hands-on and selective in how we grow - prioritizing deep customer engagement and product excellence. We’re now entering the next chapter: scaling that momentum thoughtfully across key markets.

LATAM is one of Monnai’s most strategic growth regions. We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to own and expand our presence across the region, working closely with founders, leadership, and GTM teams to turn existing traction and market momentum into long-term customer relationships.

This is not a high-volume, transactional sales role. It’s about credibility, trust, and helping sophisticated customers understand how to deploy Monnai’s capabilities meaningfully over time.

Operating Environment & What to Expect

Monnai is a real, working business with a proven product, strong customer adoption, profitability, and rapid growth but we are still early. Teams are lean, processes are evolving, and priorities can shift quickly as we learn and scale.

You’ll be expected to operate with autonomy and judgment, create structure where it doesn’t yet exist, and work directly with senior stakeholders on both sides of the table. This role suits someone who is comfortable with ambiguity, frequent travels, builds trust quickly, and enjoys being close to customers and market reality.

What This Role Is About

Regional owner and trusted partner

Own Monnai’s commercial relationships across LATAM. Build deep, trusted partnerships with customers and prospects, acting as a long-term advisor rather than a transactional seller.

Complex, consultative selling

Help customers understand how Monnai’s identity and risk data infrastructure fits into their stack, decisioning workflows, and growth strategy. This is a consultative, technically informed sales motion.

Extension of the founders

Work closely with the founders and leadership team on strategic accounts, market feedback, positioning, and deal strategy. You’ll help shape how Monnai shows up in LATAM, not just close deals.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts across LATAM

  • Develop and execute account strategies for existing customers, active pipeline, and high-potential target accounts

  • Drive new business while expanding usage and value within existing customers

  • Engage senior stakeholders (product, risk, fraud, data, compliance) with credibility and clarity

  • Translate Monnai’s technical capabilities into business outcomes customers care about

  • Coordinate closely with product, engineering, and customer teams to support successful evaluations and rollouts
  • Represent Monnai in-market through customer meetings, events, and on-site engagements
  • Travel frequently across LATAM to build relationships and support deal progression

Who You Are

  • 7–12+ years of experience in complex enterprise or strategic B2B sales, ideally in fintech, data, infrastructure, or complex SaaS

  • Proven experience selling into LATAM markets, with strong regional understanding

  • Fluent in Spanish

  • Comfortable engaging senior decision-makers and navigating complex buying processes

  • Hands-on and self-directed; you don’t wait for perfect process or enablement to be effective

  • Comfortable traveling and spending extended time across LATAM as needed
