AE Sales - Americas

We are looking for an Account Executive to join our Sales team and work on exploring, shaping, and building the future of business in fintech.  You will be responsible for growing existing enterprise clients and securing new business for Monnai.

You will work closely with the Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Inside Sales and Marketing teams at Monnai and help build a strong pipeline of Strategic clients in the FSI, Digital Native, e-comm and Gaming verticals in India.

What you'll be doing:

You will own Revenues for your region and deliver against Targets  agreed upon with the Leadership team. Your KPIs will include:

  • CxO meetings across all your clients and prospects to build a strong value proposition for Monnai
  • Own revenue targets for your set of clients and over-deliver against the said targets
  • Maintain CRM hygiene via SFDC and ensure high quality daily operational updates for your meetings, calls and events
  • Jointly deliver Solution pitches with other stakeholders from Monnai to double down on creation of long-term value 
  • Cross-Sell and Upsell Monnai solutions to clients and map key stakeholders outside primary champion and Executive sponsors
  • Work closely with partners to increase your pipeline and deliver additional value added services to clients
  • Build pipeline for the short, medium and long term along with Marketing and Inside Sales to ensure strong momentum and growth
