Sales Lead
As Sales Lead, you will:
- Work in a global, diverse, fast-growing start-up.
- Develop and execute a revenue strategy for Monnai in India.
- Drive high revenue growth and opportunities across Monnai’s existing customer base and develop net new opportunities.
- Grow, develop, and lead a team of world-class sellers.
- Engage with Product, Marketing and the leadership to help execute the company's growth and scaling strategy.
- Become a key customer partner, developing strategic relationships with Monnai’s strategic customers.
- Deliver world-class results, while continuously challenging yourself and your team to be more ambitious.
What you bring with you:
- Excitement to contribute to the growth of an early-stage start-up and belief in our global vision.
- 8+ years of experience managing and growing teams of top performing Sales and Account Managers in a Fintech or SaaS environment.
- Strong track record of successfully leading and scaling top performing customer and revenue focused teams.
- Strong people manager and coach, who can guide the team in developing account management and sales skills.
- Significant experience in pipeline management and successful execution against high revenue targets involving large and complex customers.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly at all levels.
