As Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for all aspects of marketing and will report to the co-founder and CEO. You will develop plans to help establish our brand and lead all our marketing activities, from demand generation, SEO and branding to content, social media and creative projects. We are looking for a Director of Marketing who can build our marketing strategy from scratch and execute it to help Monnai scale. Ultimately, you will run our Marketing initiatives in ways that deliver high growth with efficient investment metrics. How you will make an impact:
- Build the foundation of a world-class b2b brand in the fintech market and current/potential customers.
- Engage with leadership to help Monnai scale in the US and across the globe.
- Define strategies and build plan to create core product positioning, value proposition and messaging.
- Create persona and industry positioning and messaging.
- Build and execute a content strategy.
- Drive company brand awareness through media, PR, social and thought leadership.
- Drive leadership in market category - engage relevant industry analysts.
- Set up demand generation engine to accelerate growth.
- Build and run campaigns to generate pipeline & revenue.
- Establish a baseline of KPIs and monitor ongoing metrics.
- Set and reach appropriately aggressive lead, engagement, and impact metrics.
- Develop and lead initiatives across multiple functions in the company including GTM, Product, Operations.
The value you will bring:
- 4+ years of experience in Marketing preferably in Fintech supporting an early-stage startup.
- Excitement to contribute to the growth of an early-stage start-up and belief in our global vision.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a preference for delivering quickly and iterating.
- Experience building a b2b brand.
- Strong digital and content skills and a desire to get into the weeds of our market and positioning.
- Proven track record in a high-growth startup environment.
- Deep understanding of a land-and-expand growth strategy.
- In-depth knowledge and experience with Marketing CRM tools.
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics.
- Understanding of web design and development.
- Significant experience running successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
