Director of Customer Success
As Director of Customer Success, you will:
- Work in a global, diverse, fast-growing start-up.
- Set the vision, develop and execute a strategy to drive customer outcomes, product adoption and customer experience.
- Lead the technical assessment as part of the sales process.
- Address escalated client issues with speed and urgency, orchestrating resources across the company as appropriate.
- Grow, develop, and lead a team of world-class customer success managers.
- Work closely with sales management to align on strategies, renewal forecasting, coverage plans, and account opportunities.
