Customer Success Manager
As Customer Success Manager, you will:
- Work in a global, diverse, fast-growing start-up.
- Be the technical liaison for customers, review their existing systems, identify areas where Monnai could fit in, and assist in scoping out the engineering work needed.
- Serve as the key technical contact for our customers as they integrate with Monnai.
- Provide ongoing solutions consulting to existing customers to maximize upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with our engineering and product teams to translate prospect feedback into meaningful product insights.

- Excellent knowledge of web services, APIs, and related standards such as HTTP, REST, and OAuth.
- Strong experience with two or more of the following programming languages: Go, Python, Node.js, Ruby, or Java.
- Experience in risk, fraud or fintech is a plus.
